By using the Journily mobile application or the journiapp.io website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or download our application. We build this space to celebrate mindful travel and memory keeping.

2. AI-Generated Content & Recaps

Journily's premium AI features (weaving trip stories, compiling prompts, and extracting highlights) are generated via artificial intelligence. These summaries and stories are provided solely for historical, reflective, and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute official travel advisories, psychological, or medical counsel. Always seek professional assistance if you are in distress.

3. Sovereign Ownership of Memories

Your daily notes, pinned photos, recorded soundscapes, and map milestones are yours alone. We do not claim ownership of your travel data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data using our local database exports, PDF compilations, or by enabling our optional secure cloud synchronization features.

4. Subscription & Premium Access

Journily Premium unlocks advanced features including unlimited AI summaries, audio soundscape recording, premium map themes, cloud backup, and high-quality PDF exports. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund and cancellation terms. You can cancel at any time via your account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Journily application is provided "as is". We control the codebase but cannot control external APIs (like Firebase or Google Gemini) or physical device limitations. We are not liable for any data loss, accidental deletion, or external events beyond our control. Users are encouraged to regularly export their scrapbooks as PDFs.
